ALMOND ROCA CANDY | |
1 c. butter (no substitute) 2 tbsp. white Karo 2 tbsp. water 1 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. walnuts 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Hershey almond bars Must have cany thermometer. Low heat (290 degrees). Mix in this order: Butter, syrup, water, sugar. DO NOT STIR AT ANY TIME! Remove from heat. Add nuts and almond bars. |
