ICED ALMOND CANDY 
2 c. whole blanched almonds
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

In heavy skillet heat almonds, sugar, butter (butter) over medium heat. Stir constantly until almonds are toasted and sugar is golden brown, about 15 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Drop in clusters on a baking sheet or foil. Sprinkle salt. Cool.
