BEEF IN CHEESE CRESCENTS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
3/4 c. barbecue sauce
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 - 8 oz. cans crescent dinner rolls
2 tsp. sesame seeds, optional

Heat oven to 375°F. Brown beef with onion, drain. Stir in barbecue sauce, set aside. Unroll dough into 4 long rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet. Overlap long sides; firmly press perforations and edges to seal. Form a 15 x 13 inch rectangle. Spread meat mixture lengthwise in a 4 inch wide strip, down center of dough to with in one inch of ends. Top with cheese. Fold shorter sides of dough 1 inch over filling. Bring long sides of dough over filling, over lapping edges; pinch edges to seal. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake for 20- 25 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
