SERENDIPITY SALAD 
1 (5 oz.) can Swanson chunk white or thigh chicken
2 c. salad greens, torn in bite size pieces
1 c. cauliflower
1 sm. onion, sliced
1/2 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
1/3 c. low-cal Italian dressing

In a bowl combine all ingredients except dressing. Toss lightly with dressing. Yield: 3 servings - 1 serving = 115 calories.
