TOMATO PUDDING 
2 c. tomato puree
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 c. soft bread cubes

Cook tomato and sugar until thick (simmer about 15 minutes). Melt butter in casserole. Put bread cubes into melted butter. Pour tomato mixture over brad. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Serves 6.
