POTATO SOUP 
4 chicken bouillon cubes
2 carrots, diced
2 celery, diced
6-8 cubed potatoes
1 sm. onion, diced
4-6 c. water
1/4 c. butter
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. chives
Shredded cheese

Mix all ingredients except evaporated milk, chives and cheese into crock pot. Cook on medium all day. Add evaporated milk and chives 1 hour before serving and turn crock pot to low. Serve topped with shredded cheese.
