APPLE MUFFINS 
1 can (21 oz.) apple pie filling
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Walnuts or raisins, optional

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
3 tbsp. white sugar
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Place apple pie mix in bowl and beat with electric mixer to break up apple slices. Add other ingredients and fill muffin tins 2/3 full. Top each muffin with topping crumbs. Bake in 350 oven for 15-20 minutes.
