QUICK ORIENTAL PORK HASH 
In a large frypan brown 1 1/2 cups leftover pork in 2 tablespoons oil. Add chopped onions and mushrooms, etc. (whatever appeals to your taste buds). Add 1 cup hot cooked rice, 2 beaten eggs, soy sauce to taste, and a little water. Cook and stir until brown and well mixed. When done, toss in shredded iceberg lettuce.
