4 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 c. shortening
1 c. white sugar

Combine 4 tablespoons flour and 1 cup milk, cook until thick. Cool. Cream shortening and sugar. Add milk mixture and beat. Add flavoring. Frost cake. Covers layer cake.
