CHRISTMAS CASTLE COOKIES 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 c. pitted dates, cut up
1 c. coconut
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond extract
Powdered sugar

Beat eggs. Add sugar; beat well. Blend remaining ingredients. Turn into ungreased 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove. While hot, beat with wooden spoon. Cool slightly. Form small balls, roll in powdered sugar.
