SPINACH SALAD 
1 1/2 lb. fresh spinach
6 green onions
1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
4 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
Salt
Pepper
Monosodium glutamate (Accent)
1/4 - 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
15 oz. can drained artichoke hearts, optional
Croutons

Slice onions, tops and all. Slice mushrooms and add to spinach. Top with oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, Accent and Parmesan cheese. Add artichoke hearts, if desired and last of all, croutons.
