3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 c. grated zucchini
2 sq. melted baking chocolate
3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Beat eggs, add oil and sugar. Beat well. Add vanilla, zucchini and chocolate and mix well. Mix dry ingredients together, add nuts and beat well. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans, 350 degrees for 40 to 60 minutes. Cool in pans.
