DOUBLE CHOCOLATE ZUCCHINI BREAD 
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 oz. bitter chocolate, melted
2 c. grated zucchini
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chocolate chips

In large bowl, beat eggs until light. While beating add sugar, oil and vanilla. Stir in melted chocolate and grated zucchini. Mix dry ingredients and add gradually stirring after each addition. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Pour batter into 2 greased and floured 9x5 inch loaf pans or 4 small pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (about 45-50 minutes for small pan.) (If using dark pans, reduce heat to 325 degrees.)
