CRANBERRY SQUARES 
1 packet unflavored gelatin
3 oz. pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. pineapple juice
1 c. ground cranberries
1 orange grated or ground in food processor (include peeling but remove seeds)
8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Dissolve unflavored gelatin in pineapple juice. Dissolve cherry Jello in hot water; add sugar, lemon juice and the pineapple juice with gelatin. Stir to dissolve. Chill until partially set. Add remaining ingredients and chill overnight. Can be chilled in shallow pan or in individual molds.
