TORTILLA OLE! 
4 to 12 tortillas (flour or corn, this is a great recipe to use up drier tortillas)
1 to 3 c. shredded cooked chicken, burger, beef or pork
2 cans cream soup, your favorite cheese (approx. 2 cups (Cheddar, Jack or combination)
OPTIONAL: Sour cream, salsa, olives, diced onions

Tear 2 to 3 tortillas into pieces and cover bottom of crock pot. Mix chicken or meat with undiluted soup. Spread 1/2 of mixture over tortilla pieces. Sprinkle 1/2 of grated cheese over soup mixture. Repeat process of tortillas, soup mixture and cheese. Cover with lid and cook on low for 2 to 3 1/2 hours. Garnish servings with salsa, sour cream, onions, olives, etc.
