DATE NUT BREAD 
2 well beaten eggs
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. sour cream
4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. nut meats
1 c. (or more) chopped dates

Beat eggs and sugar thoroughly. Add sour milk and beat well. Add flour sifted with salt, baking powder and soda. Stir in nut meats and dates. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Texture and flavor improves after 12 hours.
