HAM AND BROCCOLI BAKE 
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli
2 to 4 c. diced cooked ham
1 c. minute rice
1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

In large bowl, blend cheese, soup, and milk. Cook onion in butter until tender. Cook broccoli according to package instructions until almost tender. Drain. Add onion, broccoli, ham, uncooked rice, and Worcestershire sauce to cheese mixture. Makes 2 (1 1/2 quart) casseroles. Cover tightly. Freeze one. Bake unfrozen casserole 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Bake frozen casserole, covered, 1 1/2 hours at 400 degrees; uncover and bake 30 minutes more. Good for buffets.
