DELUXE CORNBREAD 
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) can cream style corn
1 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder

Beat eggs. Blend in cream, oil and corn. Add meal, salt and baking powder. Blend together. Bake at 375 degrees until almost done, then 450 degrees to brown.

NOTE: Add 1 teaspoon sugar for a sweeter taste.
