FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 can fruit cocktail

Mix all ingredients.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Frosting:

1-1/2 c. sugar
1-1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook first 3 ingredients for 15 minutes over medium heat. Add coconut and vanilla. Punch holes in cake and pour frosting over top. Refrigerate.
