ROQUEFORT CRISPS | |
3 oz. Roquefort cheese 2 tbsp. each butter & brandy 3 lg. red apples Lemon juice Crackers Mix cheese, butter and brandy in a small bowl; cover and keep refrigerated overnight or until needed. Core apples and leave unpeeled. Cut into 1/2 inch slices and dip in lemon juice to prevent darkening. Spread the cheese - butter - brandy mixture on apples or crackers. Makes about 1/2 cup spread. |
