AUNT CLARA'S IRISH POTATOES 
1/2 lb. butter
3 1/2 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. coconut
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Pinch of salt (opt.)
Cinnamon
1 tsp. cocoa
Sm. amt. chopped walnuts

Cream butter and sugar in mixer, slowly add milk. When too heavy for mixer put on cookie sheet or table and add all ingredients together. Mix by hand like bread until it doesn't stick to your hands. Shape in small potato oval shape. Roll in cinnamon and cocoa mixture. Place small pieces of chopped walnuts (approximately 3) on each potato to represent eyes. Refrigerate to store. Can also dip in chocolate for Easter eggs.
