2 c. Bisquick biscuit mix
2/3 c. milk or water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg

Mix all ingredients; beat 30 seconds. Spread in 9 x 1 1/2-inch round pan. Sprinkle with your topping choice.

Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Best served warm.

Streusel Topping:

1/3 c. Bisquick mix
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. firm butter

Mix Bisquick mix, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter until crumbly. Sprinkle on cake before baking.

Cream Cheese Topping:

3 oz. cream cheese
your choice pie filling

Slice chunk cream cheese. Sprinkle on cake. Spoon pie filling onto batter.

Bake as normal.
