GRILLED MARINATED CHUCK ROAST | |
1 (3 lb.) chuck roast 1/3 c. oil 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp. wine vinegar 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 3/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. parsley flakes Combine all ingredients for marinade. Marinate meat overnight (or at least 8 hours) in the refrigerator. Turn several times. Cook roast on flame using medium to high flame on the grill. Cook 20 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. |
