1/3 c. cocoa
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. white chocolate chips
2/3 c. brown sugar
1 1/8 c. flour
2/3 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 c. oil
3 eggs

Stir with fork until moistened. Pour into greased 9-inch square pan.

Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
