SHRIMP SALAD (SEAFOOD SALAD) 
1 1/4 c. cooked shrimp; (crab meat, lobster)
1 c. thinly sliced celery
1/3 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tbsp. minced green onion
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Combine seafood and celery in bowl. Mix mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper. Pour over seafood and celery, toss, cover and chill for 2 hours.
