ONION BREAD 
1 pkg. Pillsbury hot roll mix
3/4 c. very warm water
1/2 c. sour cream
1 egg
3 oz. can French fried onions, crumbled

In large bowl dissolve yeast from hot roll mix in water. Stir in sour cream and egg. Add flour mixture from roll mix and onions. Blend well. Cover, let rise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 40 to 45 minutes. Generously grease 1 1/2 quart casserole or 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.

Spoon dough into greased pan. Cover, let raise in warm place until light and doubled in size, 30 to 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Immediately remove from pan.

CHEESE SPREAD BREAD: 1 container of sharp cheddar cheese spread. Mix with equal amounts of butter. Use as butter for Onion Bread.
