Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (10 x 1 1/2 inches deep).

1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
A few sliced tomatoes (fresh or canned)

Brown meat and onion; drain Stir in salt and pepper. Spread in pie plate. Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. Pour onto meat. Bake 25 minutes. Top with tomato slices. Sprinkle on cheese. Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean. 5-8 minutes. Cook 5 minutes more. 6-8 minutes. High altitude - increase first baking time to 30 minutes.
