OATMEAL TEA BREAD 
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

BREAD:

1 1/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 c. raisins
1 1/4 c. canned sweetened applesauce
1/3 c. Wesson oil
2 lg. eggs
1/4 c. milk

Prepare Topping and set aside. Grease and flour a 9 x 5 x 2 inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl sift together dry ingredients. Stir in oats and raisins. Beat applesauce, oil, eggs and milk together. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture; pour applesauce mixture into the well and stir only until dry ingredients are thoroughly moistened.

Pour batter into prepared pan and sprinkle with the Topping. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until tester comes clean, about 55-60 minutes.
