BUTTERMILK SALAD | |
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 lg. (6 oz.) pkg. apricot Jello 2 c. buttermilk 1 c. angel flake coconut 1 c. chopped pecans 8 oz. Cool Whip Heat pineapple and Jello, mix until comes to a boil. Add buttermilk, coconut and pecans. Let cool and add Cool Whip. Mix together. Let set i nice box until well set. |
