GREEN CHILIE AND EGGS 
10 eggs, beat frothy
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded
1/2 c. melted butter
Stir in 1 cup diced green chilies

Pour into greased 9 x 13. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, can be made day ahead and refrigerated. Great for big crowd at breakfast.
