CHOCOLATE CRINKLES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate, melt and cool
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1/4 c. milk
2 c. all purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Powdered sugar

Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in milk. Stir in flour and baking powder. Chill. Use 1 tablespoons for each, shape mixture into balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Place in greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. While warm, roll again in powdered sugar, if desired.
