JALAPENO CORN BREAD 
3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp. water
2/3 cup frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
2 tbsp. butter, softened
Seeded, finely chopped
1 tbsp. Jalapeno chili pepper
3 1/4 cups bread flour
1/3 cup corn meal
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast

Measure carefully, placing all ingredients in bread machine pan in order given. Select Basic/White cycle. Use medium or light crust color. Do Not use Delayed Cycle. Remove baked bread from pan. Cool on wire rack.

Makes 1 1/2 pound loaf.
