Take 1 cups of nuts and 2 sticks of butter, cut into small pieces. Mix well into flour and put into 9x13 pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Let cool real good.

Mix: 1 c. powdered sugar

Spread this on crust.

Then take one can of vanilla pudding. Mix in pineapple. Spread on top of last layer 4 ounce of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with chopped nuts.
