SALMON CAKES 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 eggs
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. shortening
1 c. canned corn, drained
2 c. salmon, canned

Mix dry ingredients. Mix together eggs, milk and shortening. Add this to dry mixture. To this add corn and salmon. Form into patties and pan fry until golden brown.
