FISH WITH RITZ TOPPING | |
2-4 lbs. haddock fillets 1 lg. onion, grated 2 carrots, grated 1/4 lb. fresh scallops, chopped fine (uncooked) 1/4 lb. melted butter (optional) Crush crackers - grate onions, carrots into crackers, add chopped scallops and melted butter. Pile on fish and press down. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Preheat oven. |
