RED WINE MUSHROOM SAUCE 
2 cups dry red wine
1 lb. Porcini mushrooms
1 lb. white mushrooms
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. dried parsley
salt and pepper, to taste

Wash, dry, and slice mushrooms. Add to simmering red wine along with spices and garlic. Continue simmering until sauce is reduced by half.

Great served on burgers, steaks, chops, or chicken.
