ANGEL FOOD CAKE STUFFED | |
Cut cake 1" from top, cut out 1" deep. FILLING AND ICING: 3 c. whipping cream, whipped 1 c. confectioners' sugar 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, strained 1 c. strawberries 6 marshmallows, cut in 1/4 Mix above, use half for filling and rest for icing. Decorate top with strawberries. Keep cake in refrigerator overnight to bring out flavor. |
