BAKED POTATO SALAD 
8-10 med. cooked potatoes, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 lg. green pepper, diced
1 lg. jar pimentos, diced
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
3/4 c. milk mixed with 1/4 c. salad dressing
1 stick butter, cut in pieces
4 slices day old bread, cubed

Salt and pepper to taste. Mix together. Put in 9x13 baking dish. Bake 350 for 45-60 minutes. Good!
