PASTRY MADE WITH COOKING OIL 
1/2 c. salad oil
5 tbsp. water
2 c. flour, sifted
1 tsp. salt

Mix oil and water until creamy looking. Pour mixture into flour and salt mixture. Mix with a fork. Roll between 2 pieces of waxed paper. Moisten the bottom side of paper so the dough can be rolled without sliding. Bake, at temperature recommended, when filled and ready for oven. Makes 2 crusts.
