PARTY CITRUS PUNCH 
1/4 c. ascorbic citric powder
1/2 c. boiling water
6 c. sugar
5 qts. cold water
1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice, chilled
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 qt. ginger ale, chilled

Combine ascorbic-citric powder and 1/2 cup boiling water; stir until the powder dissolves. Combine sugar and cold water, stirring until sugar dissolves. Stir in ascorbic-acid mixture, pineapple juice, and orange juice concentrate.

Add ginger ale just before serving. Serve over ice. Yield: about 2 gallons.
