BANANA COCONUT CUSTARD 
3 eggs
2 ripe bananas, cut in pieces
1 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. coconut

Blend eggs and banana pieces until smooth in a blender. Add remaining ingredients and blend. Pour into 6 (8 ounce) custard cups. Sprinkle with additional nutmeg and place in a large baking pan with 1 inch of hot water in it. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until custard has set. Cool and refrigerate.
