BEEF GOULASH 
1 1/2 lb. beef, cubed
2 onions, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tbsp. vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. water
3 tbsp. flour

Brown beef cubes in 1/4 cup oil. Add onions; cook until soft. Mix the rest of the ingredients except 1/2 cup water and flour. Pour mixed ingredients over beef. Cover let simmer on low heat covered for about 1 hour. Mix flour and 1/2 cup water. Stir in to thicken. Serve with noodles.
