CHICKEN CORDON BLEU 
For each serving:

1 (8 oz.) whole skinless chicken breast
1 thin slice Swiss cheese
1 thin slice ham

Flatten chicken breast. Roll ham and cheese together tightly. Place roll on inside of chicken breast and roll tightly, securing with toothpick.

Dip chicken in milk and egg mixture (2 eggs and 1/2 cup milk). Roll in bread crumbs. Deep fry at 350 degrees until lightly brown. Drain and place on cooking sheet in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.
