HAMBURGER SAUERKRAUT CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 small onion
1 small can sauerkraut, drained
2 handfuls dry noodles
1 c. shredded cheese

Cook hamburger and onions. Put 1/2 hamburger in baking dish and add can of sauerkraut, then rest of hamburger. Put on dry noodles. Combine mushroom soup, celery soup and 1/2 soup can of water. Pour over top of noodles.

Bake 30 minutes at 350°F. Cover with cheese and bake 15 minutes longer.

Do not add salt to the hamburger; there is enough in the other ingredients.
