FRUIT SMOOTHIE 
1 1/2 to 2 c. chilled fresh fruits - strawberries, peaches, bananas, blueberries or others
1 1/2 c. milk or 1 c. crushed ice
1 c. plain yogurt
1/4 c. honey or maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. freshly grated nutmeg

For milk method, place all ingredients in blender. Blend until thick and smooth, about 30 seconds. Pour into tall, chilled glasses and serve with straws.

For ice method, add the crushed ice after the other ingredients are well blended. Process until thoroughly blended.
