CRABMEAT CASSEROLE 
1 can crabmeat
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 c. cream sauce
3/4 c. cooked rice

Mix all ingredients together (will be thin and will thicken as it cooks). Place in greased casserole dish. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake for 3/4 hour to 1 hour in 325 degree oven.

CREAM SAUCE:

1 c. milk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt

Melt butter in saucepan, blend in flour, salt and add cold milk. Stir over low heat until smooth.
