STRAWBERRY FIG PRESERVES 
5 c. raw figs
5 c. sugar
1 family size pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 pkg. powdered pectin

Wash, stew and mash figs. Add sugar and gelatin. Bring to a boil and cook 20 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking. Remove from heat, place in jars and seal. Process in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
