GERMAN CHOCOLATE PIES 
6 eggs
4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1 stick melted butter (I use butter)
1 (12 oz.) can of evaporated milk
1 c. coconut
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans in pieces
3 unbaked pie shells

(Makes 3 pies.) Beat eggs. Mix sugar, cornstarch, flour and cocoa. Combine with eggs and all other ingredients. Mix together by stirring. Pour into pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
