GLAZED CORN BEEF | |
Pickled corn beef 1 (11 oz.) jar apricot jam 1/4 c. prepared mustard 1/4 c. ginger ale Cover corned beef with water and simmer 3 to 3 1/2 hours until done. Remove from water and score fat diagonally. Combine jam, mustard, and ginger ale and pour over corned beef. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. |
