QUICK STRAWBERRY JAM | |
4 c. decapped strawberries 2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. cornstarch 2 tbsp. water Mix berries with sugar and bring to boil. Add cornstarch dissolved in water. Boil for 2 minutes. Pour into hot, sterilized jars. Seal with hot paraffin. Cover and store. Makes 4 (1/2 pint) jars. |
